ROADS IN THE NORTH ARE ALREADY WORLD HERITAGE SITE
The ways of Santiago of the North, including the route from the coast passing through Cantabria and its lebaniego branch, are already included in the catalogue of goods considered world heritage.
This summer have been declared world heritage and noted. This year's been many more pilgrims than other years.
This has been our first year housing pilgrims and has been a truly rewarding experience.
I have had the opportunity to meet people from many countries and talk to them during breakfast.
We've had people from different countries such as: Germany (the most numerous), Belgium, France, Andorra, Finland, Denmark, Poland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Israel, Italy, Australia, Chile, Mexico, South Korea, Switzerland… and of course Spain.
